A platform of 4 sub-apps with 60,000+ users, 1,000 quests, and 40,000 crypto rewards paid to users.

Project summary

A platform with four sub-apps that engaged over 60,000 users, hosted around 1,000 quests, and paid more than 40,000 rewards directly to users' crypto wallets. Rewards were granted for completing tasks set by the client, who could independently create custom quests for each campaign.

Exapmles of tasks for participants

— Creating a scalable database
— Create a promo video about the client's token and submit the link for review.
— Make a meme about the client's project and upload the image (all user-uploaded files were scanned using VirusTotal).
— Like, retweet, and share the client’s post (automatically verified).
— Join the client’s Discord and Telegram channels (task completion is verified via the Telegram and Discord APIs).
— Exchange a specific amount of the client’s tokens before a set deadline (verified via API).
— Hold a specified amount of the client’s tokens for a certain period (verified via API).

Platform Capabilities for Users

Users could explore multiple projects, each containing a set of quests. For participating in these quests, they earned both rewards and experience points. The more experience a user gained, the more exclusive projects they could access. Additionally, each month, top-performing users with the highest experience in a given project received bonus rewards.

When a quest was approved or rejected by an admin, users received a notification both in the app interface and by email (email notifications could be turned off). Users had access to a dedicated dashboard where they could view the status of all their submissions and track their rewards. If a task was sent back for revisions, the user could see the admin's feedback in a separate tab, make the necessary updates, and resubmit the task for review.

Each user also had a personal referral link and a referral dashboard powered by Referral Hero. They could share their link to invite others, while project admins could track referral counts and reward the most active promoters. Users who referred a certain number of people could also gain access to special influencer quotas.

Platform Capabilities for Administrators

Quest submissions could be reviewed either manually or automatically, depending on the admin’s preference. Admins also had the option to request revisions. During the review process, the admin could assign a rating to the submission—which determined the amount of experience points and rewards—and leave a thank-you message. Once approved, the reward was automatically sent to the user’s wallet.

If the admin wasn’t satisfied with the submission, they could either reject it outright or send it back for revisions. Users were given five days to make changes—otherwise, the submission would be removed from the database.

Because rewards were paid out automatically, admins were required to pre-fund their project accounts before launching quests. The system calculated the necessary amount in advance and validated the incoming payment via API before allowing the admin to proceed.
